What you can expect


YOU WILL PARTICIPATE IN:

Group trainings will be highly interactive experiences, even in a virtual setting, that focus on real-life management challenges and introduce tools that can be utilized immediately.

We will focus on establishing shared language and identifying ways to work more effectively as a team.

All participants are expected to attend each full group training live in order to take full advantage of cohort-style learning.

Individual coaching sessions will help you talk through real-life challenges and apply new skills to addressing the core needs of your team and your organization.

We’ll practice strategies for developing your team’s strengths, confronting their challenge areas, and working through the ebb and flow of their growth. 

Ongoing learning through short, impactful pre-work assignments will support you to reflect on and integrate new skills and concepts between trainings and coaching sessions.
