We believe that people are living complex and full lives that require space to move from awareness to action in their continued development as leaders. Coaching is at the heart of our programs, providing leaders with the 1:1 support and accountability to develop new skills and reach their next level of potential.

From Executive Directors, department heads, to new managers, we approach coaching in a holistic way to meet the needs of individuals with varying seniority, experience, and familiarity with what it takes to lead well.

Lola Elfman, CPCC

Lola Elfman is a Co-Active Certified Professional Coach who helps executive and emerging leaders establish their purpose, values, and actions to show up. She works with executive and senior leaders, emerging leaders, and managers with our retainer clients and facilitates our DevelopLeadership and DevelopManagement programs.

holly witherington, SHRM-SPC

Holly is a SHRM certified human resources professional. She works with clients on people-focused HR practice, specializing in with HR Managers or senior managers establishing healthy work cultures and practices. Holly also offers career and transition coaching for leaders looking to make professional transitions.

sonali arurkar, CPCC, ACC

Sonali an Executive and Leadership Coach. She believes game changing organizations are built by people who are inspired to contribute their best every day. Sonali enjoys working with high impact individuals to reach beyond what they thought was possible. Her clients push past limiting beliefs, explore new perspectives, and create more fulfilling professional and personal lives.

Sonali has 20 years of experience managing teams and building organizations in the social enterprise and nonprofit sectors. She has a passion for working with individuals who are focused on making the world a better place.

Tracey griffin

Tracey is a Certified Development and Leadership Coach who brings her passion for Conscious Leadership to her work. She believes that self-awareness is the path to becoming a conscious leader. Tracey is passionate about driving people to realize their greatest potential and achieve productive outcomes.

dalissa vargas

Dalissa Vargas is a former Non-Profit Executive who has pivoted her passion for equity and dignity in work to a new chapter centered on professional coaching and facilitation to support organizations, new managers, and leaders with tools and practices to thrive in their environments.

Dalissa believes that our ability to bridge differences and tension points in work is through deep listening, candor and compassion that allows leaders to harness individual talents that create teams that not only succeed but thrive.
