Upon completion of this series, you can anticipate achieving a mutual comprehension of fundamental DEIJ principles within your team.

A 3-session series for your team covering how to put DEIJ into practice in your workplace.
DEIJ 2.0 will take your teams deeper into examining what practices are established in your workplace and pinpointing gaps and areas that could use work.
By the conclusion of this series, you'll have taken the foundational principles of DEIJ 1.0 and applied them to examining your workplace. We will guide your team through looking at and addressing areas of success and areas that need improvement.
