YOU WILL PARTICIPATE IN:

Four Group workshops that are highly interactive experiences, even in a virtual setting, and focus on real-life scenarios and introduce tools that can be utilized immediately. 

Your cohort will establish a shared language, camaraderie, and support one another in identifying ways to work more effectively as a team. 

Two Individual Coaching sessions provide the ongoing 1:1 support you need to deepen your leadership growth and work through scenarios with the people on your team. 

You will emerge with:

• Understanding of the role of managers and leaders and the expectations associated with each. 

• Skills in coaching, feedback and communication to improve your management relationships.

• Tools to challenge white supremacy culture in your leadership and management. 

• A network of managers and leaders growing in similar ways as you. 

• A clear path forward for supporting your own needs so you can guide and manage others.
